1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • System: WTDcare system, including the website and mobile application owned by WTD Medical Platform Company.
  • Company: WTD Medical Platform Company.
  • User / Beneficiary: Any person who uses the System to request services.
  • Care Partner: Any licensed entity or individual providing healthcare or medical transportation services through the System.
  • Services: Include home healthcare services, medical transportation (emergency and non-emergency), transportation for people with special needs, and any other services made available through the System.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or requesting any service through the System, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Terms & Conditions by selecting the "I Agree" option. This acceptance shall be legally binding and equivalent to a written signature under the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the System.

3. Nature of the Platform

WTDcare operates as a Care Continuum concept designed to facilitate access to healthcare services.

WTDcare acts as a technology intermediary connecting Users with licensed healthcare providers (care partners) and does not provide medical or nursing services directly.

4. Scope of Services

WTDcare available through the System include, without limitation, the following (WTDcare reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any services at any time):

A. Home Healthcare Services

  • Home nursing
  • Medication administration
  • Physiotherapy
  • Wound care
  • Medical visits
  • Home diagnostics
  • Urinary catheter care
  • Nasogastric tube care
  • Home lab services

B. Medical Transportation Services

  • Emergency transport
  • Non-emergency medical transport
  • Inter-facility transfers
  • Intra-city and intercity transport
  • Medical escort services

C. Special Needs Transportation Services

  • Accessible transport
  • Elderly transport
  • Limited mobility transport
  • Disability transport

5. Eligibility of Use

The User must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If the User is acting on behalf of a patient, they confirm that they have the legal authority to do so.

6. Registration and Data

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about themselves and the patient (if applicable)
  • Update information when necessary
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials

The User is fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account and any damages resulting from inaccurate information or failure to maintain confidentiality.

WTDcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of any violation, without prejudice to its right to claim compensation.

7. Health Disclosure Obligations

The User must provide complete, accurate, and truthful health information regarding the beneficiary at the time of requesting the service, including but not limited to:

  • Chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart or kidney conditions)
  • Current medications, including antibiotics, painkillers, and anticoagulants
  • Allergies (medications, substances, or food)
  • Previous surgeries or recent medical procedures
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (if applicable)
  • Infectious diseases (if any)
  • Relevant medical reports or prescriptions
  • Any other information affecting service safety

Completion of pre-service assessments and questionnaires is mandatory, and providing inaccurate or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

WTDcare reserves the right to suspend or refuse services immediately without liability if information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The assigned healthcare professional or medical supervisor may refuse or discontinue the service if:

  • The provided information is inaccurate or incomplete
  • The case falls outside the scope of the requested service

In such cases, the applicable cancellation policy shall apply.

  • Incorrect or misleading information
  • Failure to disclose critical medical data
  • Failure to update health status
  • Non-compliance with post-service instructions

In cases of intentional non-disclosure causing damage, WTDcare reserves the right to seek compensation.

8. Role of Service Provider

The User acknowledges that the Care Partner (Service Provider) is solely responsible for:

  • Delivering the service
  • Compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Quality of service execution

The Platform's role is limited to coordination and facilitation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTDcare shall not be liable for:

  • Medical decisions or treatment outcomes based on user-provided information
  • Any errors or negligence by the Service Provider
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond control
  • Unavailability of services in certain areas or times

The User agrees to use the Services at their own risk. .

10. Pricing and Payment

Prices may vary based on:

  • Type of service and level of care
  • Geographic location and service duration
  • Timing (urgent requests or after-hours services)

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT (15%).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Online payment
  • Bank transfer

All payments must be made in Saudi Riyals.

A request is only confirmed upon successful payment verification.

WTDcare reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed orders shall not be affected.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Medical Transportation

  • If the vehicle arrives and the client is not present: 30% deduction
  • If the case is emergency and exceeds service scope: full charge applies
  • If hospital refusal, no appointment, or patient discharge is not possible: full charge applies

B. Home Healthcare

  • Before service start: full refund
  • After provider arrival but before service execution: 30% deduction
  • After service has started: no refund

C. Special Needs Transportation

  • Same conditions as medical transportation

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

12. Cancellation by WTDcare

WTDcare may cancel requests in the following cases:

  • Payment not confirmed
  • Incorrect information provided
  • Inability to contact the User
  • No suitable Service Provider available

13. Communication

By accepting these Terms, the User consents to receive communications through:

  • Push notifications
  • SMS
  • Registered Email
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Phone calls

Use of WTDcare’s system constitutes explicit consent to these communication channels without further notice.

WTDcare may record calls for:

  • Quality assurance
  • Training
  • Documentation and dispute resolution
  • Regulatory compliance

14. Privacy Policy

WTDcare is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia and shall not share data with third parties except:

  • With User consent
  • As required by competent authorities

15. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to WTDcare, including content and design, are owned by the Company.

No content may be used, copied, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent from the Company.

16. Amendments

WTDcare reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on WTDcare channels, and continued use constitutes implied acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
